The Challenge

Traditional clinics faced massive scheduling overheads and compliance risks when coordinating remote video visits. Medical records were scattered across offline legacy databases without modern secure WebRTC access points.

The Solution

We engineered a secure mobile and web dashboard integrated with Twilio Video APIs and AWS KMS encryption keys. The platform features an online appointment scheduling engine, automated e-prescription dispatchers, and encrypted record logging databases.

The Impact
